This place is very unorganized, everytime you call to ask to make an appointment they never ask for your name. And they always book you at whatever time even if the lady you ask for is busy. I came at 3 to get my nails done BY APPOINTMENT and the lady I asked for was still doing another woman’s nails at 345. I waited over an hour to get attended to.
if i could leave negative stars i would. So disgusting this one individual who i think manages the girls, she immediately made me feel like she was talking about me when i got there. (not the first time this happens with her i’ve been coming here randomly since i was a kid it’s always her horrific energy that you may or may not encounter) this time she seemed furious that she had to do a pedicure on me? she did such an awful job i had to stop her mid way and ask her to please stop. her energy is just awful. God bless hope you find peace. 😂
love it here! always take me so quick and perfect powder gel nails that last me over a month!
